Shannon did an amazing job. Super communicative, spent extra time playing with Sonny. Immediately got along with him, and Shannon seems to be quite the pet whisperer. Trustworthy, punctual and caring. Also was able to step up and figure out issues with the self cleaning cat box. I recommend Shannon w/o reservation.
