Dog Boarding in Excelsior

A dog's paradise! Kate and John were absolutely wonderful with our pup Ryker. Already at the meet and greet I could tell that they were going to love our dog like their own. I knew from the questions Kate asked me that she is an experienced dog sitter with a big heart and that she understands how anxious dog parents can be and that every dog has different routines and requirements. She asked me things that I would have forgotten to tell her about :) and her husband John has such a friendly and calm way with the dogs too, I felt absolutely confident leaving Ryker with them. The same was true for their dog Cash who is a real sweetheart. From the start the two pups ran around together like they were brothers and Ryker felt right at home. During the stay they sent me daily updates and photos and were always responding immediately. I could enjoy my vacation without having a guilty feeling because I knew, Ryker was having a lot of fun and felt loved and safe. When we picked Ryker up, he was excited to see us but in no way in a hurry to leave their place. No wonder, the yard is a paradise for dogs and humans. I can highly recommend them and am in fact already planning our next stay.

Oscar had a wonderful time with Kiersa and came home very relaxed, which is how we know he was comfortable. She gave us updates every day which was really appreciated. Highly recommend!

We love Ashley and her family! They have watched our dog twice and consistently take such great care of him. Our pup needed some extra attention due to a hot spot and Ashley ensured Picard got the proper daily ointment & medication he needed. Ashley also checks in frequently, responds quickly, and sends lots of photos.

Jeremiah and his family took wonderful care of Cinder! I really appreciated the great photos and communications Jeremiah sent throughout Cinder’s stay. I could tell he was having a great time and very well taken care of.

Kristina and Eric did a great job with Millie. Usually when we pick Millie up from Doggy daycares she is frantic to leave and runs for the car. But when I picked her up from Kristina and Eric amazingly she was in no hurry to leave. She became friends with their dog and seemed very comfortable with them. No sign of anxiety at all. They treated Millie very well!

Kyle was really easy to work with and took great care of my dog. He was patient with her getting settled in his house. She got a ton of exercise. And when I picked her up she seemed really comfortable at his home. I would t hesitate to use him again.

Regina did an amazing job caring for our dog while we were on vacation. It was his first time away from us and we were so happy to get daily photos and videos showing how much fun he was having! Will definitely book with her next time we need a dog sitter.

Corine and her family are THE BEST! My husband and I were getting married and her family watched our sweet pups for us and took such great care of them! They updated us with pictures and were so accommodating!

William did a great job taking care of my border collie/shepherd mix. He was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. My dog seemed to very calm and happy when around him which was not always the case with previous sitters. Strongly recommend!

Erik and Jasmine were excellent hosts—super communicative and caring. Lucy Lu had a blast playing with Jingo, and it was heartwarming to see them get along so well. I highly recommend Rover for anyone looking for a loving environment for their pets. Huge thanks to Erik and Jasmine for making our first experience with Rover so great.

Excellent! Stacey did a great job of taking care of our dog and communicated with us with updates while we were away. We will definitely use Stacey again!

Lucy had a great time at Natalie’s hanging out and playing with all of the dogs. She sent videos and photos to keep us updated on how she was doing. Will definitely look at having her stay with Natalie again.

Our 17 pound mini labradoodle Mocha had a great experience with Jana and her family while we were on vacation! This was our first experience with a Rover dog-sitter and we were so happy with how it turned out. Jana was very communicative, giving frequent updates and sending pictures of Mocha throughout our week away, which really put our minds at ease. Having a dog of their own, Jana’s house is very dog-friendly. We appreciated the fully fenced yard, so Mocha could get plenty of exercise. Thank you. Jana and family!

I had contacted Kyle back in December to have him watch our 13 year-old spaniel mix and really appreciated his responsiveness. We ended up having a friend offer to sit with our dog for that trip, but when we decided to travel again this month, I reached out to Kyle right away. He was once again very responsive and fortunately, able to take Roadie in for the 5 nights. A very nice perk is that he lives about 10 minutes away. Roadie is used to being an only child and because he's older, he can be a bit nervous around other dogs. We had a meet and greet with Kyle and his sweet dog, Mila, who has quite a bit of energy, but she's so gentle in her approach with other dogs. Everything went well. Roadie has had TPLO surgery on both knees and has trouble navigating slippery floors and steps. Kyle was happy to accommodate him and made sure to give him his daily meds.

Beth is an excellent dog sitter! You can tell she and her family love dogs. She managed my high anxiety dog well and reached out with updates. Highly recommend!!

Kim was absolutely fantastic! Luna seemed right at home! She was extremely friendly, prompt, easy to communicate with, and also provided daily updates and pictures which I always appreciate! Would recommend to anyone looking for their pup to be treated like family! Bonus: they have an amazing fenced in yard!

Brenna was a great sitter! She is very friendly and we felt safe leaving our dog Luna at her house. We got updates and could tell Luna was well cared for. Plus she made some friends with her pugs!

Valerie did a fantastic job watching my Mini Aussie! It’s obvious she understands dogs and was patient and attentive to my care instructions. Upon pick-up, my dog had obviously bonded with her and was all smiles and relaxed. Overall, a wonderful experience!
