Robert is fantastic. We had a specific schedule and Robert accommodated. We anticipated that this is a basic service and Robert greatly pleased us beyond basic. He walked our dog, who is a 100# puppy. I thought it would be a short walk but was longer than expected and exactly what the big boy needed.
