We are so grateful to Heidi for all her care and attention she gave to our two kitties while we were away. Being the first time we had left them for a long period of time it was nice to get many daily photos and updates to know they were well cared for while we were gone. Pat was flexible with some unforeseen changes and willing to help out if she could. Good communication, even crawled next to the bed where one of my cats was hiding to give her some love. My other cat wasn't as shy and Pat gave her lots of love and belly rubs.
The level of detail that Regina provided with each visit is the quality of care that I’ve been looking for in a cat sitter for years!!! Finally, I can fully enjoy my time away knowing my cats are well cared for! The app worked flawlessly! I received an alert at the beginning and end of each visit. Regina was extremely attentive and provided detailed information and photos of both cats after each visit. So grateful to have found Regina! Will definitely use her again! Highly recommend!
