House Sitting in Hampton

Shylina did an amazing job taking care of our dog. She sent me photos and kept me updated all day which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will definitely be booking again in the future!

Sammie was great with our two pups, one terrier who's older and the other a younger Pyrenees/cattle dog. She shared daily updates and photos, got them on walks, played and gave the snuggles back. The house and yard were both still well cared for as well. We’ve already rebooked for an upcoming trip and know the dogs will be excited!

This is the second time Jade house sat for us and once again it was such a positive experience. Jade is wonderful! Our dogs love her and she is really responsible and kept us updated throughout the weekend with pictures of our pups. She even bought them some marrow bones ( she checked with us first) from the farmers market, which they LOVED. We will absolutely book with Jade again. Thank you.

We were so happy to have Nina stay at our house and watch our dogs! She provided daily check-ins with photos. Our dogs looked like they were having a blast! She left our house neat and tidy. We plan to book her again in the future.

Samantha (“Sam”) provides very attentive and loving care for our pet terrier -Sophie. Sam was very good about communicating with us and sending updates and pictures daily. Prior to our 3 day weekend, she was very communicative and we felt totally at ease the entire time we were away. I would highly recommend Samantha.

If I could leave a higher than 5 star rating I would! Ally watched our 2 Great Danes for 8 days. From our first meeting I knew she would be awesome. Her communication was amazing. She sent us lots of pictures of our girls and checked in every day. If we were not moving out of Ally’s range in the next few weeks I would 100% be booking her again! I honestly am just so impressed with her and her care for our fur babies!

Breanca was a great house and dog sitter for our weekend away! We have a reactive dog that doesn’t do so well with strangers. If you have a reactive and unpredictable dog, you well know the stress of finding a sitter that keeps their cool and gives your dog some space. Despite our dog loosing her cool when she initially met Breanca, Breanca did not loose her cool, and took it all in stride. Our dog calmed down very quickly when she realized that she couldn’t bully Breanca, and it was clear that Breanca would be a great fit to watch our dogs over the weekend. Breanca supplied lots of pictures, and sent lots of updates. What stood out to me is that she really prioritized communication, asking questions when needed, explaining hiccups when they happened so that we could address things in a timely manner. Would definitely work with her again!

Amy was fantastic! She took incredible care of our fur babies and kept us in the loop with everything going on with her and the dogs. We felt so safe and happy with her watching our fur kids. Will definitely book her again! Thank you!!!

Bella was so sweet and sent updates often! We appreciated her opening her home up to keep our pups feeling loved while we were away! Highly recommend.

Jessica was wonderful! She came to our house to meet Tucker the weekend before we left for our vacation, we knew right away he was going to be well cared for and he was. She texted updates daily and even sent pictures. Tucker was very comfortable with her the minute she walked in the door. We will be reaching out for her to take care of Tucker in the future. This was my first time using Rover and Jennifer was our first ever in home dog sitter. It was a fabulous experience. Our dog is seven and isn't all that interested in hanging with other dogs so we knew a boarding experience with others dogs would be stressful. Enter Jennifer and Rover. From the meet and greet through the last day when our flight was delayed, Jennifer was amazing. Jennifer was responsive, communicative, and thoughtful and our dog loved being able to stay at home versus being boarded. It was the right amount of communication in that the text updates each morning gave us so much peace of mind. Jennifer is reliable and competent and responsible. Our home was cared for and as we had left it with a calm and happy dog :-). I would highly recommend Jennifer and would not hesitate to have her stay with our beloved pup in the future.
