Valerie was outstanding! I have used Rover for years, and she is by far the most exceptional caregiver I've had. Valerie was highly motivated, resourceful in befriending my cat and kind. I was incredibly impressed with Valerie!

Traci was wonderful to work with and took excellent care of our cat while we were on vacation. Effie is usually nervous around strangers but warmed up to Traci immediately. I got daily updates and pictures, which made it easier to be away from my sweet kitty! Traci is friendly, responsible, and followed all of Effie’s care instructions perfectly. We will definitely have Traci take care of Effie again for our next trip, and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a pet sitter.

Kate was absolutely fantastic! Clearly experienced with cats. She’s very personable, knowledgeable, and sets you at ease right away. She sent the best pictures and commentary! Jenny is an exceptional pet sitter who went above and beyond in caring for my cat, Louie. Her attention to detail and genuine love for animals was evident from the moment she started. She sent updates with photos of Louie, showing him looking happy and content. Not only did Jenny follow Louie's feeding schedule meticulously, but she also spent quality time playing with him and giving him the attention he needs. She noticed his favorite spots around the house and made sure to give him scratches and pets just where he likes them. What impressed me most was her conscientiousness. She kept the litter box impeccably clean and even noticed when Louie was being a bit shy and knew exactly how to coax him out with his favorite toys. She left detailed notes about his daily activities, eating habits, and general mood. I returned home to find a happy, well-cared-for cat who clearly had been given lots of love and attention. Jenny's professional yet caring approach gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and loving pet sitter. She's truly a gem!

Holly was great! She was always prompt, responsive to my questions or remarks, and kept me informed of what my kitties were up to. She also had to give one of them insulin, and it was a relief to me to know my cat was in good hands.
