Jess was absolutely wonderful and gave us the peace of mind that we needed. This was our first time using Rover and we’ll definitely be repeat users - especially with Jess! Communication was clear, we got a great summary of the visit, and even pictures! Made my day.

This was my first time using Rover and I’m really happy Carolyn was around to watch my cat. She gave really good updates on how he was doing with food/appetite and he seemed genuinely comfortable around her which he usually isn’t with strangers. I highly recommend Carolyn for watching your pets!

I love how you came early and they even came out so thank you so much. Maybe if we go anywhere again we will contact you. We don't go much places but here up north of couple times if we are lucky.
