Shylina was great! She came over and met him beforehand, and sent a detailed message about her time with Theo along with the cutest pictures. This was our first experience in using a pet sitting service as well as leaving Theo since adopting him. We feel much more comfortable going on future trips. Emily was amazing! She took care of our two cats for 5 days and did an excellent job. She was responsive, caring, and attentive and we felt so much better knowing they were being cared for by someone like her. We would recommend her to anyone looking for pet care while out of town!!

Gina is a well qualified, conscientious dog sitter. Since she has large dogs herself I knew she would be fine with my 86 lb mixed breed who has some fear issues. She has slowly introduced herself to him allowing him to feel comfortable with her. At first he would run from her but after a few visits he was even approaching her. I added a second dog to the mix and no problems. She will contact you if she has any concerns. For example, I had separated the two dogs with a baby gate just in case they had any issues while I was at work. To deal with the visiting dog’s separation anxiety I gave her a peanut butter Kong to give him not knowing that the other dog had learned to jump the gate. When she realized that this could create potential problems she called me. This review is being completed at the end of the visiting dog’s stay. I will definitely continue with Gina and Rover while I work long hours. It give’s me peace of mind knowing he is in good hands.

Kayla was so professional, quick to respond, and did great with our kitties. Will definitely be rebooking next time we’re out of town!
