She took the time to learn my dog’s quirks, routine, and personality, and it truly showed in the level of care provided. I especially appreciated the regular photo updates. It was reassuring to see my fur-baby was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for while I was away. Kasandra was patient, thoughtful, and adjusted perfectly to my fur-babies needs.
