We had a short time window to book care for our two cats, with one needing insulin injections. Sara's info indicated she had experience with cats and injections. We did a video interview, as we weren't able to connect in person before our trip and Sara was able to come to our home to handle all duties without issue. She bonded very well with both cats and they even started looking forward to her visits - greeting her at the front window and door!
