Dog Boarding in Rochester

Itzyana gave us very good and frequent communications to update us on our dogs status. One of our dogs is very old and needed extra care. Itzy cared for her as if she were her own dog.

I totally love them. This is the second time now that I have left my fur baby with them. They are great great with updates and sending pictures and videos and he loves it there he had such a blast. I will keep continually using them when I have to come into Rochester if you’re looking for a great couple to keep an eye on your fur babies. These are the people for you. They love your pet as if it was their own.

Jessica and her family are amazing. She takes wonderful care of any animal under her supervision. She’s beyond flexible as our flight was delayed almost a half a day and she was willing to adjust the pick up time. My pup loves staying with ms. Jessica. She will continue to be our go to for when we need to leave our dog.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Danielle took amazing care of my dog while I was away, providing updates, photos, and plenty of love. It was clear from the start that they genuinely care about animals, and my pet warmed up to them immediately. When I came back, my dog was happy, well-cared-for, and maybe even a little spoiled! I highly recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Our Louie ran up to Mikailia when we dropped him off! Which was a relief and confirmation that he enjoyed his time with her the first time. She’s been so easy to work with and reassuring!

Tyler did an amazing job with our dogs. He was accommodating to our requests and our girls were very well cared for. We will definitely use him again!

I am so, so thankful to Ben and Jennifer for the incredible care they provided my dog when I was in a bind with work. I contacted them last minute and they agreed to watch my dog with no issues! From the very first interaction, it was clear that my puppy was going to be loved on and cared for. Our initial booking had to cancel for a family emergency within a week of us leaving the country! Linda was quick to respond when I requested her services. Linda and her dog welcomed our 4 month puppy Ralph with open arms. She only messaged when needed if she had a question and sent me a daily update with photos. She assured me all was well and to relax on vacation. Linda had all Ralph’s belongings packed up and ready when I came to pick him up. Thank you Linda for loving our pup and taking care of him on short notice!

We love Holly and Jeremy, their girls and their dogs! We never have to worry about our dog when we are away because we know she is being well cared for and having a fun time. I love that Holly sends cute pictures of Sugar for us to see how comfortable and happy she is! I highly recommend them for boarding!

Jasmine was amazing with Coco ! I appreciate the clear communication prior and during Coco’s stay with Jasmine ! I would definitely recommend Jasmine and can’t wait for Coco to spend more time with her again. Thanks so much !

My dog loves going to Andrea. She is kind and you can tell she loves dogs (a no brained you’d think but it is surprising how many people are in Rover that are doing it for just the $$$). She keeps me updated with pictures and messages of what my dog is doing which is a HIGE help. She is flexible and genuinely cares. I would book again with Andrea in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Vinetta was a great sitter for our dog, Pantelis! She was responsive, kind, and sent plenty of videos and pictures. You can tell she is a dog lover, and she was just what we were looking for. We will definitely be using her again!

My 10-month old puppy had a great week-long stay with Shauna & her family. I really appreciated the fact that she only boards one dog overnight, since this was my pup’s first time away from home. My pup came back happy & relaxed so I know she got plenty of exercise & affection. Shauna was very responsive and pleasant. Her children are delightful and I have no doubt my pup enjoyed their attentions.I recommend Shauna without hesitation.

Michelle did a fantastic job watching our dog, Cubby! We were traveling out of town, so we were happy she was available to hang out with him. She sent us pictures throughout the stay, and it was great to see he was enjoying his time. We would definitely recommend Michelle!

Rebecca is amazing! She’s sweet and gentle with my pup and spoiled him rotten. She kept him busy and entertained. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Emily was great! Our original sitter had to cancel close to our trip and Emily was prompt in responding and scheduling a meet and greet. We received lots of pictures and updates while we were away and our 2 dogs seemed very comfortable there. She is home full-time and has a fenced yard, both which we were looking for. We would definitely use Emily again

Kirsten was my first Rover boarding experience and she exceeded my expectations! Her and her family are lovely and treated my cat as if he was one of their own. I got lots of pictures of my cat throughout the week and it looked like he had a blast! Will definitely be asking her to care for him again.

Ashlee went above and beyond for our little guy. He's a anxious and picky eater and Ashlee patiently supported him throughout his entire boarding. She regularly sent us videos and photo updates which was comforting. Highly recommend Ashlee for your furry friends.
