Lisa has a very warm and kind demeanor. She was able to do a meet and greet with us prior to our booking to meet all of the pets. She was detailed with her meeting updates and responsive to any messages along the way. We greatly appreciated her flexibility with adjusting our booking when we were able to make it home sooner from our trip than originally anticipated.

Autumn was amazing! She kept me informed at all times, and I know she made my kitty feel safe and loved. She even trudged through a Minnesota snowstorm to get to him! 😍😍😍 Highly recommend!

Regan was the absolute best!! I could not have asked for a better experience - she sent wonderful updates and pictures every day that I looked forward to like a Christmas present. She quickly won over our shy kitty who I said she probably wouldn’t see the entire time (he hides), so clearly she is a pro with pets! Everything was well taken care of and the kitties were happy, which really helped me relax and enjoy my vacation instead of worrying every day if the pets are doing ok. Definitely will book again, thank you Regan!!
