House Sitting in Saint Paul

Thank you so much AGAIN for watching our animals. When I come home after being gone for several days, I can tell they are all well taken care of and very happy. No stress, no accidents, they eat their food and get plenty of attention and exercise. Thank you Jessica! You have truly been the best at watching our pets.

Brooke was amazing! She spent the week at our house with our two dogs- one that can be reactive and unpredictable. I gave Brooke a heads up about her and it was clear that she was comfortable with her even from our meet and greet. She was sensitive to any potential triggers and interacted with our dog in a way that made her feel safe. While we were gone, she sent us tons of pictures and updates, and it was obvious that our girls were getting lots of attention (they’re probably sad that we’re home now, to be honest). She did leave for work throughout the week, but it really seemed like she tried to be home as much as possible. She also left our house exactly how she found it! We feel lucky to have found Brooke and would absolutely use her again!

Robert went above and beyond for his meet and greet with Jelly by teaching her tricks and getting to know her. Robert is punctual and professional. He was comfortable handling our dog, Jelly, even though she can be a bit spicy. We communicated once everyday for an update. We came back to a clean home and happy dog. We would be happy to have Robert housesit for us again.

Gretchen was fabulous!! We loved receiving updates and photos of all our fur babies! Our house looked just as we left it. Communication with Gretchen was great too. I didn’t worry ONCE while we were gone. I would highly recommend Rover.com and Gretchen. Thanks again!!

Tacy is great with our dogs, and they are so happy to see her whenever she comes. I don’t know how we will ever not have Tacy watch our pups when we are out of town!

We absolutely cannot be happier with Donna and welcome her and her children to our house ANY time!!! Knowing we can leave our babies for day's in their own home with someone you can trust means the world to us!! Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you!!!

Lacie was a tremendous sitter for our puppy and cat. She took impeccable care of them and even helped train our pup. She kept us informed and full of photos...highly recommend! Thanks, Lacie!

Annetta was great. She’s sat my dog for a weekend and everything went very smooth in terms of communication and the handoff. She provided updates/photos about their activities while I was gone and I could see things were going well. She even sewed a toy back together that my dog had torn (completely unnecessary as my dog tears toys up all the time, but I appreciated the gesture!) I would hire her again.

Rachel was a phenomenal dog and house sitter. She is friendly, very easy to communicate with, and clearly has a passion for animals. She sent us multiple daily updates on how Dakota was doing without us. Dakota was relaxed, well cared-for, and happy when we arrived home from a long weekend. In addition, our house was cleaner than when we left! I could not recommend Rachel more, and am looking forward to working with her again in the near future.

Summer spent 2 weeks in my home with my dog and cat while we were out of the country. I have a very high maintenance dog, on several medications, and she made sure to give him all medications. Very loving with the animals, my dog didn't really react when we came home (ok he was wagging his tail but he wasn't crazy), which tells me he was very content while we were gone and well taken care of. She sent updates and pictures several times, but I figured if I wasn't hearing from her then everything must be good. I will definitely reach out to her again if I need pet sitting.

Wendy was wonderful with Ellie! Ellie has a lot of special needs and does not like to be around new people. Wendy was able to charm Ellie within the first day to play a fun game of chase me in the house. By day 4, Wendy’s calm demeanor had Ellie wanting to cuddle with her. Wendy was willing to extend her time when I realized I had the wrong day for my flight. Ellie and my home were cared for exceptionally by Wendy. I plan on having Wendy back to provide Ellie walks and home sitting in the future.

Paige did a great job taking care of our 2 cats. One of our cats is very shy, but very sweet. Paige was patient with her and got her to come out of her shell before the end of our trip. She was good about communicating and sending picture updates. We will definitely have her back!

Penny was wonderful! She house sat for us and took care of both of our dogs and our cat. She did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process leading up to our trip as well as on the trip itself. We got updates and pictures of each of our little guys every day. She did a great job, I would not hesitate to book her again for our needs!

Beth was so great with our dog! He is usually grumpy when we come back from trips but not when she watched him. He got lots of exercise and attention while we were gone. I highly recommend Beth!

Kari was a wonderful caregiver to our spaniel! She was very responsive, communicated well and often, and made us feel very confident. She made two visits with her own dog prior to her 8 day stint with us and demonstrated her understanding of our needs. We have no hesitation in hiring her services in the future and have already begun thinking about when that may be. Her fee is a bargain, and we feel very fortunate to have found her. It is evident she provides her services because she truly enjoys animals. Highly recommend her (but almost want to keep her a secret!).

Liv was great! Everything we asked for, and so much more. Gentle, loving attention for the pets and kind, supportive words for us. She even refilled the cat's med dispenser. The house was left so perfect, we hardly knew Liv had been there at all, except that our fur-kids were completely content and she baked some special treats for all of us! I highly recommend Liv, but hesitate only because I'm worried she'll get too booked to fit us in next time ;-)!!!

Danielle is amazing and I am so glad we found her! We have hired her twice - once to walk our high energy dog while we were on a long trip, and once to housesit and pet sit our dog and two cats. She took great care of our animals both times. She is very responsive and is great at giving updates, but I also love her confidence in taking care of animals. We can have piece of mind while out of town when Danielle is caring for our pets. I 100% recommend hiring her and will definitely be hiring her again myself.
