Mindy was willing to work with me quite last minute when my partner and I both had to leave town. I was nervous, as I had never left my 11 yr old dog alone with anyone before. Mindy made the process so seamless, she had great communication and made sure my dog was well cared for while I was away. He loved the many play dates and attention!! Highly recommend booking with Mindy :)

We are new to Rover. Our family went away for four nights for the first time in a while. Our cat Oliver is 15 and requires insulin shots 2x daily. We didn't want to ask friends to give injections twice daily. But then we found Rachel on Rover. Our first introduction could not have gone better, Rachel stopped by our house and Oliver immediately warmed up to her. She asked good questions and instilled us with confidence immediately. When the trip finally arrived, Rachel showed up on time every visit, 2 x a day for 4 days. She provided us with a detailed update and pictures with every visit, and Oliver seemed very happy to see her and was reportedly talkative and cuddly with her. Our experience could not have been better, and we will be asking Rachel to be our catsitter for every future vacation for the foreseeable future. She was reliable, competent, very reasonably priced and left us with supreme confidence that our baby was in the best possible hands.

Laura did a great job building a relationship with Aisling and taking care of her while I left on a short trip including feeding and play time. With daily check ins I felt confident she was healthy and well. I am sure I will hire Laura again if she is available.

Mae is great! My cats were very well taken care of and her communication is fast. She is a cat lover and it shows :) will definitely use Mae for future trips if she is available!

Excellent work. I really felt like she made an effort to socialize with my cat so he could have some interaction while I was gone.

Paula is very professional and reliable, in addition to extremely caring for our pets! Today on short notice, she provided a visit for our puppy Ra's when our flight was delayed several hours. We are very grateful for Paula and the outstanding pet services she provides!

Abbie did a great job taking care of our kittens while we were out of town for a week! She gave us regular updates & photos and spent plenty of time playing with them, which was much appreciated!

Excellent. Dory is really stressed when meeting new people but Angela had the patience to let Dory come out of her shell. That must have helped dory a lot while I was away for the weekend. Thanks, Angela! Can't wait to book again.

Kelsey was great and so communicative while I was out of town. She was not afraid to take my dog on nice long walks and even offered to run with her! Would definitely use her again the next time I’m out of town.

Danielle was great. We had a meet & greet beforehand which put me completely at ease. All went well, I enjoyed the pictures I received, and my dogs seemed well cared for. I will certainly book again.

Jill is incredibly respectful, transparent and always willing to help with and truly is excited to do so. She’s been so flexible and works with us in time crunches.

Josephine was absolutely amazing. I loved that she communicated every day, left notes for us, and sent individual photos of every cat we had. It’s the first time I’ve felt so comfortable leaving my cats with someone, especially in an emergency.

Victoria was such an amazing cat sitter! Very Responsible and kept us updated on how our fur babies were doing. Will definitely be asking Victoria to come back and watch the cats on our next getaway. Thank you!

Paige is amazing and Sasha comes out of her hiding place to greet her. We come home to a house that does not smell of a litter box left unattended, there’s food in her bowl and available water. Sasha seems mildly happy to see us as well!
