Andrea was awesome! We had a short meeting where we got to introduce our cat and tell her everything we needed service-wise. I knew she showed up each day from the adorable pictures she sent and the kind messages with them. I was able to have a worry-free vacation knowing my cat was in good hands!

Megan is great! She accepted our early morning request with ease, and followed our directions to a T! Dot had an accident and Megan cleaned it up with no complaints. She is a great care taker and we hope to work with her again. :)

Joanna is an excellent sitter for our cat, Callie. She sent daily pictures and updates. This was our first time leaving Callie home for several days. It was great to know that someone was there to keep familiar schedule and routines for her. Joanna is caring and so easy to work with. We’ll definitely be using her again and would recommend her!

Itzayana has gone far and beyond to make my bunny boy and I very comfortable and have a peace of mind. She’s taken great care of him and I can tell she’s very present when she’s there with him. She’s always on time and she’s very responsive. I know he’s being loved and taken care of when I’m away, and that’s what I’ve been looking for! Thank you Itzayana!

Mikaila is warm, kind and caring. She took great care of Mr. Skamp, who just loved her visits. She's very funny and kept us laughing with her updates! We'll be hiring her again for sure!

Hannah was great! This was the first time I had boarded my 9 year old cat, Gracie, and it couldn't have been a better experience. Hannah was flexible with drop off and pick up times and she send daily updates and photos during our time away. I had no worries about Gracie's well-being during our trip. The only downside is that Hannah is leaving Cleveland too soon to be able to care for Gracie during our next trip! I would like to leave her a tip, but am not sure how to do that.

Claire is trustworthy and dependable. We were happy to see her interact with our kitties and give them love in our absence. We would love to have her watch our pets again in the future.
