Dog Boarding in Vernon

Jessica and family did a wonderful job taking care of our big 6 month old pup. As nervous pup parents, we loved all the communication, photos, and videos. Jessica also worked with Millie on some of her developing skills like recall and loose leash walking. Their 2 dogs were great playmates for Millie, they tolerated Millie's puppy behaviors and Millie was exhausted after all the playing they did together. We certainly will be booking with Jessica again!

I was incredibly nervous having to leave my pup behind especially with someone I don’t know. Having said that they were incredible! From the moment my pup walked through the door they made him feel at home. I was constantly send pictures, photos, and messages to keep me updated on what they were up to and how he was feeling. Will definitely be using their services again in the future. I truly couldn’t be happier.

Dondee was terrific with our dog. She communicated frequently with pictures and videos to let us know all was well. Dondee clearly loves dogs and is a great caretaker. We would highly recommend her and would use her services again.

Tyler did an amazing job with our dogs. He was accommodating to our requests and our girls were very well cared for. We will definitely use him again!

Itzayana was amazing. This was the longest we’ve been away from our dog and I think we he was actually sad to have to come back home haha. He felt very comfortable around Itzy, her family and her other dogs. She provided us with plenty of updates throughout the duration of his stay and was able to accommodate him staying an extra night last minute due to our flight being cancelled. Our dog is definitely looking forward to his next stay!

I totally love them. This is the second time now that I have left my fur baby with them. They are great great with updates and sending pictures and videos and he loves it there he had such a blast. I will keep continually using them when I have to come into Rochester if you’re looking for a great couple to keep an eye on your fur babies. These are the people for you. They love your pet as if it was their own.

Denielle is amazing! This is our second boarding booking with her, and she took such good care of our pup. He had a blast with her, zena, and her family. It is a great feeling to know our pup is in good hands when we are away. We will definitely be booking again :)

Vinetta was a great sitter for our dog, Pantelis! She was responsive, kind, and sent plenty of videos and pictures. You can tell she is a dog lover, and she was just what we were looking for. We will definitely be using her again!

Our Louie ran up to Mikailia when we dropped him off! Which was a relief and confirmation that he enjoyed his time with her the first time. She’s been so easy to work with and reassuring!

Our dog is like a family member to us so leaving him for a week wasn’t ideal. Until I met Amy and her family. Right from the get go Amy’s communication was top notch. She asked all the right questions that made me feel more comfortable leaving for a week. The amenities at her house were more than ideal and I got a minimum of 4 updates a day. It was a dream having Amy and her family watch Murphy. 10/10 recommend.

We just recently moved to Rochester and had to find someone to watch our dog Butkus. We were lucky to find Kiersten and Nicholas they did a wonderful job looking after Butkus. We received daily photos and updates. Will definitely use them again.

Holly and Jeremy took such great care of my baby while I was away on vacation! They sent lots of photos and I never spent a moment worried about how Norbert was doing. Will 100% book them again!

My dog loves going to Andrea. She is kind and you can tell she loves dogs (a no brained you’d think but it is surprising how many people are in Rover that are doing it for just the $$$). She keeps me updated with pictures and messages of what my dog is doing which is a HIGE help. She is flexible and genuinely cares. I would book again with Andrea in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Our initial booking had to cancel for a family emergency within a week of us leaving the country! Linda was quick to respond when I requested her services. Linda and her dog welcomed our 4 month puppy Ralph with open arms. She only messaged when needed if she had a question and sent me a daily update with photos. She assured me all was well and to relax on vacation. Linda had all Ralph’s belongings packed up and ready when I came to pick him up. Thank you Linda for loving our pup and taking care of him on short notice!

Jasmine took great care of my puppy. She even walked her and follow all my care instructions!! Super easy to communicate with and replies quickly as well.

Rienn accepted our last minute reservation and was as kind as can be from the beginning. Arrival time was flexible, pick up time was flexible, and she even drove the dogs home when we got home later than expected. She sent many videos in the 24 hours she had them and they seemed so happy! She was easy and fast to reach via text whenever I had a question. Definitely would recommend her.

My 10-month old puppy had a great week-long stay with Shauna & her family. I really appreciated the fact that she only boards one dog overnight, since this was my pup’s first time away from home. My pup came back happy & relaxed so I know she got plenty of exercise & affection. Shauna was very responsive and pleasant. Her children are delightful and I have no doubt my pup enjoyed their attentions.I recommend Shauna without hesitation.

Rebecca is amazing! She’s sweet and gentle with my pup and spoiled him rotten. She kept him busy and entertained. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!
