Wall-e has super bad separation anxiety and he was hard to console when I left but she was super patient with him and able to get him comfortable while I was gone

Perri was awesome! We loved seeing photos of our pets doing well and appreciated the clear communication. Our high-energy dog was chill and happy when we came home and Perri handled their quirks without issue.

Keely was fantastic! She sent lots of pictures and updates about our dog. When we got home we found a happy doggy who had clearly been well taken care of.

Claudia watched our 2 dogs and 1 cat in our home for a long weekend. She was a good communicator, responsible, and able to handle multiple medications for our elderly dog. When we returned, our place was exactly as we left it, and our pets were their normal, happy selves!

Liv was great! Everything we asked for, and so much more. Gentle, loving attention for the pets and kind, supportive words for us. She even refilled the cat's med dispenser. The house was left so perfect, we hardly knew Liv had been there at all, except that our fur-kids were completely content and she baked some special treats for all of us! I highly recommend Liv, but hesitate only because I'm worried she'll get too booked to fit us in next time ;-)!!!

Laura has stayed with our dogs overnight several times now and we couldn't be happier. She came over the night before the stay started to review the dogs' care and feeding and the dogs were very happy and excited to see her, which made us feel good about the care she is giving them. She sent us pictures of them before she went to bed at night and again in the morning when she got up as well as during the day; nothing could make us feel better than to see pictures of our dogs relaxed and happy in her care. So nice to have someone we trust to care for our dogs when we go out of town!

Alicja was everything I could have hoped for. It can be nerve wracking leaving your home and your pets in the care of a stranger but Alicja was professional on every level. She reached out to us to arrange a pre vacation meet. She met with the dogs and myself to discuss her philosophy and our expectations. She sent pictures throughout our vacation and worked with the dogs. Our neighbors after our trip even commented about what a great job she did walking the dogs and working with them. Hiring Alicja again is a no brainer. Thank you Alicja for taking such great care of our dogs and hour home.

Beth Ann was a great sitter. She communicated well, was very observant, and we came home to happy, healthy pets! Home was just as clean as we left it too. We would be more than happy to rebook with her in the future 😊

Kelly did a great job with our two cats and our pup. She sent daily photos and communication during her stay which we appreciated. We returned to a clean house filled with happy and healthy boys. We would definitely recommend and hope to use Kelly again!

Lisa was a pleasure to have sit our dogs! She sent photos and updates and gave the pups lots of love. She left the house in great condition. Would love to have her sit again!

Erica was amazing! She came for a meet and greet before staying with my dog in my apartment, she asked all the important questions and kept in touch the whole time I was gone. I know my dog was well taken care of and I'm so grateful for her services!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Anna - she is amazing! She watched our 1 year old german shepherd mix who is very high energy and stubborn at times and did a fantastic job. Because Reese can be skiddish around new people, Anna came over on 3 separate occasions prior to our trip to get more familiar with Reese's routine and help Reese get to know her which really put us all at ease. She took excellent care of her - took her on walks, played with her a ton (her favorite thing) and comforted her during 4th of July fireworks! We loved the pictures she sent and daily communication we got from her. Despite Reese being a real stinker the first night and not coming inside for Anna - she was patient and persistent and earned Reese's trust. She also left our home so incredibly tidy - washed all her linens, dishes, and took out the trash. We wouldn't have even known someone stayed here the house was so in order. This was our first time using Rover (or any in-home pet sitter) and it was such a fantastic experience we have already booked Anna for another trip coming up. Thank you so much for taking care of our girl!

Elise took great care of our aging Teddy. She was accommodating to our schedule which made for a very relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, she was already booked during our upcoming vacation next month but I will book with Elise again in the future.

Kari was wonderful! She stayed with our pup for the weekend and spoiled him! She sent us updates regularly which we really appreciated. We came home to a very happy pup and knew he was well taken care of. We will be booking Kari again!

Paula was amazing. This is the first time we used Rover and Paula helped us through the process and getting us booked with her. She exceeded our expectations with our dog, Baxter. She sent us pictures, took the dog for a walk and helped us feel very comfortable with her at the house. Baxter was well taken care of. We will definitely use Paula in the future and will be our priority sitter.

Heather is fantastic, if i could leave 5 plus stars i would!!! She truely cares about pets and goes above and beyond with care that is needed for them. Her communication is awesome and provides the daily details and pictures you want when you are not near your pet. We went on a vaction and had her do in home sitting for our senior pomeranian. Our pomeranian has a heart condition that requires daily medication and monitoring. She did a great job giving him his daily oral medications. Shortly into our trip, he started into a scary emergency episode and she provided good communication to us while this was happening. We tried to talk through the details and advised her to bring him to the vet. Not only did she bring him to the vet immediately, which they could only provide minimal care, she then raced him to the emergency vet for a 2 day stay. After he made it through the episode and was okay, she then picked him up and brought him home. She stayed with him, giving us daily updates on his condition and continued with giving addition medication. We felt good about Heather being with our pet on our vacation and were able to stay the duration of our vaction. I would recommend Heather to anyone to watch your pet, she has the knowledge, has the expertise and care needed to be trusted with your beloved pet. We cant thank her enough for the care she has provided for our pet.

Joan kept us updated every day with pictures and texts while we were gone. All the pets (dogs, cat, guinea pigs, snake) were happy when we got back and the house was in great shape. We will definitely book again!
