Sylvia is TOP NOTCH! She is conscientious, caring, thorough, and communicative. We entrusted her with the care of our four cats while we were out of town. She followed our instructions perfectly and kept us updated with photos and detailed summaries after each visit. Unexpected bonus: she immediately gained the trust and affection of our cat Rambo, who normally runs and hides as soon as he realizes someone who isn’t me, or my significant other, is in the house. If you’re looking for absolute peace of mind while being away from your beloved pets, you’re looking for Sylvia!

So grateful to have had Erin to care for our cats over Christmas. She offered easy communication, and I always felt like our cats were being cared for and loved. Thanks again!
