Rachel was an absolute gem for our cats. They warmed up to her so fast during their meet and greet, which made me very happy to leave them under her care for the 10 days we were gone. She troubleshooted several issues that occurred when we were gone and was very prompt in her communication. So many lovely photos of our kitties having fun. 10000% rebooking with Rachel.
