Karisa goes above and beyond. We have used her for two trips now, and our 3 dogs just adore her. They definitely look forward to her visits. When our dogs have gotten sick, she cleans it up and even cleaned up our pup when her tail started to bleed from smacking it on EVERYTHING. Moreover, when our fire alarms started going off—she was able to rush over and secure our pups while the fire dept inspected the house. This was not a fast process and she kept me informed the whole time—as I was anxious/scared about the results. This was not a planned visit and it REALLY helped us out as we don’t have family in the area to assist. I can’t say enough about her services. Our family is really thankful to have found her! Kelsey is wonderful! Very punctual and did a great job with my babies. Bandit is terrified of storms and she held him through the thunder. She’s very caring. Sends wonderful updates.
