Sylvia is TOP NOTCH! She is conscientious, caring, thorough, and communicative. We entrusted her with the care of our four cats while we were out of town. She followed our instructions perfectly and kept us updated with photos and detailed summaries after each visit. Unexpected bonus: she immediately gained the trust and affection of our cat Rambo, who normally runs and hides as soon as he realizes someone who isn’t me, or my significant other, is in the house. Wife and i left for a month long trip through Spain... person we had set up to watch the cat had to cancel at the last minute so we grabbed Kaylea through rover.com - could not be happier. Cat is as happy as a cat possibly can be, we're happy, cat is fed, litter box is clean, she even plays with Miley when she's there. Will definitely hire again!
