So grateful to have found Lulu on Rover. We have used her multiple times and she's simply amazing. She's a great communicator and provides us regular updates on our kitties along with pictures. We were out of the country on this last trip and it was such a relief to know our fur babies were in caring, competent hands. Lulu truly cares about our cats and goes above and beyond to get to know their needs and accommodate them.

Ann was so wonderful! Was able to help us last minute, was thorough when she came by for a meet and greet and sent so many pictures and videos :) we will definitely be using her again in the future!

Caitlin kept us updated daily with pictures of our pups, she took great care of them and we were able to relax on our trip! Would definitely recommend
