Laurie was amazing! She made us and our pets feel very comfortable. They took a shine to her pretty quickly too. She even sent us pictures and videos after her visits, so we knew they were well taken care of. Will definitely be booking with her again!

This was my first time using this app. We went back and forth if we were even going to leave town due to our dogs (and weather). Sam was quick to respond, follow up when I asked her to, and on-time to meet and greet. At the meet and greet she asked good questions. I could also tell that she genuinely cares about the services she offers, which when you have pets that are a part of your family, that’s extremely important. To the first visit, she was punctual. She send detailed information after the visit with photos of our girls. This also made me less anxious about the overall experience. I will definitely be using Sam again as I go back to work and when I travel in the future. It’s great having one less thing to worry about.

Caitlin is the absolute best. Felt super comfortable with her right from the meet and greet. Our dogs get pretty defensive with new people but warmed up to her quickly, which is rare. Look forward to utilizing her moving forward!!

Lori was great with my fur kids. Kept me updated and sent pictures. Made leaving them home in their comfort zone feel like a much better option then in a kennel. Happy with the overall experience. Will definitely be doing again.

Elizabeth is a lifesaver. We had a sick kitty and almost canceled our trip but Elizabeth went above and beyond, agreeing to keep an eye on Olive and give her the prescribed antibiotics while we were away. She provided updates and gave us peace of mind when Olive started acting like her old self again. 10/10 would recommend!
