Barbara is a warm, friendly and professional woman to whom my dog developed an immediate attachment. She was patient with him (and me) discussed his needs, personality and background and even took him for a "test drive" around the backyard! She has dogs of her own, and really knew how to handle my newly-adopted and untrained 7-year-old GSD. (After our meet-and-greet he cried when she left and waited by the door for her.)
