This was my first experience with Rover and I was very pleased with Katelyn. On our meet & greet appointment she was prompt, kind, warm & immediately easied my anxiety about entrusting my two cats care with a stranger. Katelyn communicated with me during each visit & sent pics of them during each visit. She also watered my flowers & hanging baskets, got my mail & brought my deliveries into the house. Katelyn was AMAZING!
Liz was very patient and kind! This is first time we left him for so long and are glad that Liz was there to take care of him. She send us timely updates with pictures and videos too. We are very happy with her services and would recommend her!
