She was incredibly helpful, advising me on how to use the platform effectively, and made sure to get all the details about their care. Molly was absolutely fantastic and gave us a piece of mind. We decided to try rover to allow our pets to stay in their own environment while we were out of town. We were very nervous, as this was the first time we have ever used a pet sitting service. We had Molly come over for a couple meet and greets and a couple walkthroughs of the property and instructions. Molly was very responsive to every text we sent her and followed our instructions perfectly. She made every visit on-time and provided pics during each visit.
