Barbara was fantastic! She was incredibly reliable and took great care of Murphy while we were out of town. She kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos, which gave us peace of mind knowing Murphy was safe, happy, and well cared for. Jessica was wonderful! We recieved better updates and pictures then when we used a center, our dog got to stay in her own environment, and Jessica was kind enough to help with feeders for our hummingbirds outside. Most importantly, my dog is comfortable and safe with her. 10 stars
