House Sitting in Richmond Heights

This was our first time using Rover and we had a wonderful experience with Natalee! She watched Chance and Stella at our house for an extended weekend. She provided daily updates and photos. She made sure to ask all of the right questions when we did our meet and greet to make sure she could provide the best care for our pups. You can tell she has a true passion for taking care of animals. I am looking forward to booking Natalee to watch our dogs in the future!

This is the 2nd time Alex and Christina have taken care of Khaleesi. They did another wonderful job and kept us informed every day with pictures and stories. It is impossible to describe what a wonderful job they did. My baby was spoiled rotten and my house was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for more. I will use them again for sure.

Rachel was a phenomenal house/pet sitter for our recent trip abroad. She communicated regularly and sent photos and videos every day of our girls. We could not have asked for a better sitter and appreciate her diligence in ensuring they received their respective pills each morning. They loved her pup, Jaskier, and we can tell our girls miss him a bit. Thank you, Rachel! We appreciate you!

Becky was great with my anxious pup - he loved her right away. She sent me picture updates to let me know everything was going well and left my place picked up. I would use her again!

Brenda is a wonderful pet sitter. She sent us adorable photos of our dog and cat each day, and gave a short description of what they’d been up to. She left the house immaculate and was a joy to work with.

Nicole skills & personality won my dogs affection. She put my mind & heart at peace with her skills as an animal lover & caretaker. She left my house on the final day ,after spending the week here, cleaner & organized. Brought mail in, trash cans pulled up from street, watered my plants & washed the sheets & blankets from the bed she used in my guest room & remade the bed. My dog loved her & although missed me, was happpy & comfortable with Nicole. Thank you Nicole , you put my mind & heart at ease. I took a much needed vacation without stress over my fur baby. I miss my little dog but knew she was in good hands.

Allison went above and beyond to care for Petra. She sent lots of updates and it was obvious she put in a lot of time and care. She stayed in our apartment and left it cleaner than she found it. We love having her and will book her again and again!

Gabi was the best dog sitter I have had. When meeting for the first time she asked questions for clarification. She gave my two lots of love and attention. I would recommend her and will ask her to sit again.

Autumn is the absolute best! My pups are always in good hands with her when I travel. I can rest assured that they will be happy while I’m gone and tuckered out when I return lol.

We hired Carolyn to dogsit our two beloved Portuguese Podengo rescue dogs for two full days while we worked on a house we're rehabbing for our family. Although Carolyn wasn't familiar with the dogs' breed, she took time to learn about them beforehand and even scheduled a meet and greet on short notice to ensure we all felt comfortable. Our dogs loved her!!! Rex has separation anxiety but attached quickly to Carolyn and was easily soothed by her calming presence when we departed. Bruna usually doesn't take to people and can be very reserved due to past abuse, but adored Carolyn and would seek her out for affection---amazing!! Whenever we returned home we'd find both dogs calm and happy. We loved working with Carolyn and have already booked her again. Thanks!!

D’Andra was wonderful with our dogs while we were out of town! They provided us with daily updates and photos and were very responsive to texts throughout the whole time. We’ll definitely book with them again!

Terry took the best care of our pup, Gus, and our house while we were on vacation. He was also willing to stay longer than expected when we ran into issues with our returning flight which took much of the stress out of an already very stressful situation. We knew Gus was in great hands while we were away, and I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to have found someone we can trust with his care. So happy to have found him and will be using him whenever we travel. Plus, we got to the best pics of our pup during his stay!!

Tori took outstanding care of our pets and home while we were away for a long trip! She provided frequent updates and photos which helped make us feel less home and pet-sick. She was clear in her communication and we felt confident and safe in her care! We will definitely be booking with her again for our next trips! Thank you, Tori!

Mary house sat our 2 girls for a week! We are always so nervous to leave our girls at home when we go on vacation, but having Mary to watch them made us feel so much better that they were in loving hands! Mary was on time, personable, and really gave our girls so much care and love while we were gone. Thank you Mary!

Izzy was the best! Our dog was happy, calm, and even searched for her when she left. Highly recommend!

Max stayed with my golden doodle Tucker for 2 days/nights and was wonderful! Tuck had some separation anxiety but Max calmed him down and they bonded nicely. Really appreciate his quick text responses and pictures and updates. Will definitely use him again!!

We love ally so much! She takes the best care of phoebe and my apartment. Best communicator ever and gives me all of the updates I need. She watched phoebs for almost a week straight and I will absolutely be reaching out to her before anyone else when I need someone to watch her for my upcoming work trips. 100000% recommend. She’s amazing!!!!

Rachel sat with our two poodles for 4 days and 3 nights. We felt comfortable with her from the beginning. She asked lots of questions so she was sure to understand the quirky personalities and needs of both dogs. Rachel was very quick to respond to our texts. She kept our boys to their normal routine and they were happy and healthy when we returned. Rachel also got in our mail and deliveries and left our home spotless. We will definitely use her services again when we travel.

Maureen is a phenomenal pet sitter and great communicator. She kindly cared for my aging dog and cat who needed meds plus backyard chickens over a very warm weekend. I got pictures and updates and when I returned everyone was calm, content, and she even stripped the bedsheets for me & left a kind note. It’s so refreshing to leave and know the family is in good hands!
