Melanie has been exceptionally caring and took care of Luna so well while i was away. I was quite worried about the fairly long time i had to be away from Luna but Melanie’s help and support made it all easy. She sent updates everyday and was always responsive over chat for anything. Bonnie was great! She sent lots of photos at each check-in on my 2 cats. She also made comments to keep me apprised on how they were getting comfortable with her, which is important as they are both elderly cats & are slow to warm up to people.
