Dog Boarding in Saint Charles

Pixie had a great vacation to her new best home-away-from-home. We received frequent updates with photos and videos and we could tell she was having a great time.

This was my second time booking with Katie and, as expected she did a great job with my dog Jax. Was very flexible and sent daily updates on how he was doing. Cannot recommend enough!

Snowflake was well cared for and I would gladly have her stay with Teresa again!

Maria was really excellent! During our play date, Scrappy took a quick liking to her. She was extremely patient getting to know him and asked a lot of questions about his personality and behaviors. You could see Scrappy was having a great time with Maria and her pets in all of the cute photos she sent!

Jimmy and Melanie watched my 3.5 year old lab for a week when I went on vacation. I was a little hesitant to use Rover at first (Always had military friends watch him in the past) but they were very welcoming and communicated well throughout his stay. I received daily pictures of the activities they were doing with him and they answered any questions I had. He also got plenty of exercise and love from them and their own 2 dogs. Jimmy and Melanie are true dog lovers and I would definitely have him stay with them again!

Stephanie was awesome, sent pictures and the videos of Crosby every day and took great care of him! Would highly recommend Stephanie and her canine friends to everyone.

Melanie took great care of my two dogs as usual, and they are always happy to go to her house. It makes me feel great that I have someone reliable and positive to watch them.

I will not trust anyone else to watch Daisy. Brittany is easy to work with and her family is always happy to see my lil girl show up & sad when she has to go home.

Was our first time leaving our furbaby behind and Katie made it so easy for us by sending daily pictures of how he was doing. Keeping me posted through out my vacation. Definitely recommend her for anyone that needs a furniture she was absolutely phenomenal to say the least!

Leah was awesome and very responsive. This was my first time utilizing a pet sitter for my kitten and she made the experience a great one. She sent me lots of videos of Jamieson and it made my vacation that much easier to enjoy. I will definitely be using her services again!

Coming from out of town, Lauren made us and our pup comfortable very quickly! Pick up and drop off were quick and easy so we could get back on the road.

Brandon was great with our dog! He took her on walks, got her a pup cup, and sent updates on how she was doing while she was in his care. He was also very responsive with messaging and addressed any concerns we had prior to the booking.

Cynthia and Robert take great care of my dog every time I leave her there. Their dog definitely is inviting and is very well suited for other dogs.

Bryan did a great job taking care of Duke. It’s very stressful finding someone you can trust. Duke enjoyed his time there and I was very happy with the communication from Bryan that Duke was doing well.

First time using Rover! Nicole exceeded our expectations! She is 100% compassionate and cared for Finn as if he was her furbaby! Finn is high maintenance when it comes to his special diet and supplements. Nicole handled it perfectly! Finn slept on laps and in their beds. Was walked everyday- even in the snow! Finn needed a cream applied to a paw that was irritated- she took care of this special request and contacted us with feedback (she offered to contact his veterinarian). We received daily am and pm communications that also included several photos. I truly can say our 1st experience was very positive and we intend to use her again! We felt so comfortable with Nicole that we were able to relax on our trip and not worry about Finn! Nicole's personality is perfect for pet sitting! She obviously loves dogs and is an amazing communicator! Thank you Rover & Nicole!
