I cant say enough how amazing Eleanore was with my cats. She is very observant and noticed the water bowl wasn’t working. She immediately texted and did a video call so I could see the problem. She played with our babies and loved on them. I was so nervous leaving, but I was pleasantly calmed when i saw the first interaction of Eleanor and my cats. Your babies will love her.

Rachel is a stellar pet sitter! I requested her on short notice and had a kitty who needed medication. Rachel was so reliable, communicative, positive and loving toward my pets despite the unpleasant task of giving my sassy cat pills during each visit (and warding off her protective brother!). I was more than a little terrified to leave our furry family members behind while we went on a trip to Disney. I contacted Lauryn because she seemed willing to work with pups with special medical needs. We have a dog who is blind and incontinent who needed to be carried to the grass and diapered, one who went on a hunger strike when. We got the suitcases out (which was a lot less stressful than us actually leaving), and an overly friendly pup who is a runner and has intense separation anxiety. Lauryn handled all of them with grace and compassion. She sent pictures and cheery notes with each visit. It was easy to see that she really cared and I knew how well they were taken care of. From the get-go, I was completely comfortable letting Lauryn care for all the dogs with all the special needs. When she came for an initial visit, she got down on the floor with the dogs. She patiently answered all of my questions (and all my kids’ questions!). She went so far above and beyond what I ever could have imagined. I was able to enjoy my vacation because I wasn’t constantly worried about the dogs. I cannot say enough amazing things about Lauryn. We will absolutely be hiring her for any future trips. Kelly took great care of our pets! She was very responsive throughout the process which was nice. She also went out of her way to send detailed reports on how our cats were doing, and was even able to fix one of their toys that had broken! Would definitely recommend.

Anna helped us out in a last minute pinch. She was very sweet to our Josie.

Alena always does a great job and is very attentive to Ernie and communicative of any issues.

Our cats L O V E D Sam. They are very social cats but truly it was like we never left based on all the updates Sam provided. Sam was super attentive, gave them so much love and attention, and did all the check ins on time. Sam was so great. We will absolutely be booking Sam again.

Mike took great care of our mini Aussie for a midday walk break while we were on vacation and our daughter at school. Frankie was well taken care of and Mike very attentive to the details and keeping us informed. Will use him again!

Ryan did a great job with our two dogs. Our dogs didn't know her well bc this was their first time with her but they seemed to do just fine when she dropped by to let them out and feed them. Made us feel more at ease leaving the dogs home all day knowing someone would be there to take care of them. Thanks Ryan!

I don’t know what I’d do without Diane. She is always accommodating, communicative, thoughtful, and generally lovely to work with. She gives me such peace of mind when I have to leave town and my otherwise shy cat truly adores her.
