Sarah was absolutely fantastic to work with. This was my first time using Rover and communicated as much. She did a phone call with me to give me a chance to decide if I felt comfortable using her services or not, and she helped me feel very comfortable. She was willing to look over all the instructions I left for my two cats, one of which has to take prescription food. She loved on them in my absence and I couldn't be more pleased with her personal care for animals, especially stepping in for someone else's pets. Thank you Sarah!!

Brooke was so great with my cat when we were out of town for 4 days! She visited him twice a day to give him medicine orally with a syringe with no issues. She provided updates and pictures at each visit and was quick to respond with any questions I had. She made me feel at ease leaving him under her care. I would definitely book her again!

Natalee was an exceptional sitter for our cat Sally. She was communicative, kind and attentive. I will definitely be using her services again, and was one of the best sitters we have had since using the Rover services 5 years ago.

This was my first time leaving my cat, Ben, at home while I was away for a few days. Patrick’s excellent care and attention, washed away any worry I may have had. Patrick sent timely visit report cards, that had lots of detail about what he and Ben did during his visit. He often stayed longer than expected because he and Ben were having so much fun playing. Patrick’s reports included wonderful photos of Ben, that were great to see while I was away. When I returned Ben was happy and friendly. Patrick too such great care of Ben, that I will defiantly be using him again in the future. He is skilled and professional. 10 out of 10 would recommend! He will be the best pet care decision you will make for your fury friends!

Home to happy cats once again. Allison does such a great job with our spoiled kitties. Sends multiple photos daily assuring us they are eating and getting affection. Highly recommended!

Haley helped me and Dexter out over thanksgiving. She dropped by several times and took wonderful care of my little pup. I really appreciate her communication She reached out when she had a question and we were able to get it figured out quickly. Overall fantastic sitter. Highly recommend! :)

Chris began doing drop in visits on August 18, and my Cavaliers quickly warmed up and are being their playful cuddly selves with Chris. I love the Rover cards, pictures and videos. This is my first experience with an in home sitter, and I could not have asked for a better team than I've found with Chris and Samantha. They are now scheduled for reoccurring drop ins for the foreseeable future.

Mostly satisfactory with service just had some scheduling conflicts that got worked out thankfully. But thankful to come home to well fed cats and clean litter boxes.

We loved having Tori watch our cat over the holidays! She took fantastic care of him and got to know all his favorite habits and games while we were away. She also went above and beyond sending updates, photos & videos so we knew he was happy and well cared for! We'll absolutely be reaching out to Tori again next time we need pet sitting for either of our fur babies.

Tim did a great job taking care of my pets on short notice.
