This was our first experience with Rover. Very pleased with Alexis, she has been incredibly helpful and responsive. We just moved and our house & work schedule are a bit chaotic and she even made a pet toy to help one of our cats relax & have some fun - much appreciated! Pleased enough that we retained Alexis again for this week.
So incredibly thankful for the kindness and care given to a cat that doesn’t like anyone. You must have great energy that she even came out to say hello! And the kindness towards the strays that I feed. So grateful. 💕
Chelsea was awesome! She sent pics and spent time with my two cats. The house was clean and the animals were happy when I returned. Will definitely ask her to watch my cats next time:)
