Ugur went above and beyond for the cats. We had a debocle where the deadbolt to the door was accidently locked, and we had to overnight a key so he could enter. He drove all over town when FedEx lost the package and kept providing bad information as to where we could pick it up, until we finally located the package. I cannot recommend him enough!

Stephen and his wife are great! Had a last minute emergency and they stepped up to the plate! Very responsive and cover all the bases! Thank you!

Mackenzie was great! She’s watched my cat Polly a few times, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She’s very attentive and provides consistent updates. I know Polly is well loved and taken care with Mackenzie:)

Emily was great taking care of my cat while I was out of town! She did 30min drop in visits and would send me pictures of my cat while I was away. I would 100% recommend Emily and would definitely use her again!

Jamie was wonderful! It was our first time working with Jamie and we will absolutely keep them in mind for future visits. Jamie gave both our cats a lot of attention and care, and kept us very informed while we were gone. Highly recommend!

Jenn must have magical powers because my female cat always hides from visitors, but she LOVED Jenn. I got videos and pics of her being snuggly every day. Mind blown. Jenn did a great job with my cats and they were very happy when I got home. I will definitely hire her again when I go out of town.

This was my first time booking a Rover sitter, and I am so glad I found Brooklyn! I was a nervous wreck leaving my cat at home for a week while my husband and I were in Europe, but after meeting Brooklyn, I felt SO much better. Cornbread (reluctantly) has to have oral medication administered every other day, which was a huge worry for me. With Brooklyn’s work background, it was no big deal at all. She sent so many cute pictures, wrote little notes on every Rover Card, and treated Cornbread with his favorite snacks… all of which reassured me that he was in good hands. Thank you for taking care of Corny, and thank you for easing my worries while traveling! 😊
