Rick was absolutely amazing! I have had a rough experience in the past with Rover but had found myself in the unique situation of being new to the area and finding all of the kennels booked. So with him having incredible reviews, I reached out. He suggested a meet and greet which I was so thankful for. It really put me at ease. My little dog can be a lot and a little intimidating so he requires someone very confident. Within seconds of explaining this to Rick he had his hands out stretched, picking my little one up. He sat in Rick’s lap, happy as could be the entire visit. He was very accommodating, we had a small house related emergency the day we left and Rick sent me text updates of everything that was going on with the house. He sent a lot of update photos and texts every time he came to the house, which I appreciated very much. Rick will be my go to dog sitter moving forward while in Missouri.

Commutation was excellent! Took great care of my 3 animals.will use her again in the future.👍🏼😁
