Katlyn and her daughter did a great job caring for and playing with my chihuahua! I’ve never used a dog walking service like this so I didn’t know what to expect- but Katlyn’s prompt and courteous communication and picture updates made me feel at ease. I’ll definitely use her again when I’m back in town.

Mikayla had taken care of of our kitties twice now, she’s very reliable, has a great price and the cats also love her which we thought important. She is very thorough with her in detail descriptions and sends photos of everything. Highly recommended!

Janessa has a new Rover customer for life (or at least for as long as we’re in the same city)! They not only cleaned our litter boxes but also opened the windows to air out the house while we were gone so we didn’t come home to a stale home. They also clearly swept because we typically have a ton of litter everywhere where the cat boxes were but it was clean! MOST IMPORTANTLY: We came home to three happy cats who typically have separation anxiety when we leave. I could tell they enjoyed their time together. They weren’t nearly as freaked out as they typically are when we leave and seemed content after their weekend with Janessa. And not to set this expectation for future Rover customers, but Janessa stayed extra time with our babies to make sure they got their fill of human interaction. We’re so grateful for Janessa’s time and effort making sure our babies were cared for.

Kyla was so pleasant and professional! She was politely responsive and confident in her abilities. My Great Dane and deaf chihuahua clearly felt loved on just like if family had cared for them. She wasn’t booked to care for my free roaming cat but still sent photos and touched base on how they were all doing while I was out of town for the weekend. Her check-ins were well written and she went above and beyond to provide excellent care. I look forward to booking with her again!

My dog gets very despondent when boarding, so I had Samantha do the drop-in visits at the kennel. I was happy to get her daily comments and pictures, altho hearing and seeing Gemma wasn't seeming to get much benefit out of them was disappointing. But she did perk up the last day and the first day back, Gemma was back to herself. Since it usually takes her a couple days to get over boarding and on the first day she was zooming in the park, I am sure Samantha's visits really did do the trick after all. Next trip, we will do this again for sure!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Arianna! My cat immediately took a liking to her, which really made me feel at ease, as this was my first time using one of these services. I was a nervous wreck! She made sure to ask about his likes/dislikes and daily routine, so that his schedule wouldn’t be interrupted. She always showed up at our appointed times and constantly texted me updates, as well as pics & videos. Most importantly, she treated my baby boy with kindness and lots of TLC! Arianna is trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend booking her, and I will absolutely be contacting her again, if she’ll have us!
