Tomi is the best. She goes above and beyond to provide great service. Just returned from a 4 week trip during which Tomi cared for my two cats in my home. During the trip, Tomi sends photos every day of her visit. One of those photos showed that the cats had knocked a potted plant of the table and onto the floor, breaking the pot and putting the plant in grave peril. When I returned, I found the plant healthy and happy in a big new pot, and no signs of the broken pot or potting soil. What a nice surprise. Tomi always provides excellent service. I've come to expect that. This time she exceeded my expectations and performed even better.
