Jon is so kind. I had to leave for a trip and she arranged a way I could leave my apartments key fob at her place before driving to my trip. She cleaned the litter boxes, replaced the food and water. So thankful! Highly recommend!

Michelle was very kind and helpful in checking in on our dog morning and night. She communicated thoroughly after every visit, included pictures, and even problem solved when we left a door locked we said would be unlocked! Will use her again for sure!

I have a high anxiety cat that is often aggressive with strangers, so it was a huge relief when Alora sent a video of my cat being sweet and affectionate with her like she’s always been a part of the family. Absolutely the best petsitter I’ve ever had!

Polly was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond taking care of my baby on Saturday. This is the first time I used rover or any service like this, and I have nothing bad to say. Polly sent me tons of photos too which was a plus. I will not use anyone else from now on. Very happy with everything.
