Carolyn was amazing! She took care of our two cats while we were away for Christmas and went above and beyond the entire time. She communicated with us the entire time we were away, sent pictures, cleaned the potty accidents one of our cats repeatedly had, and was very flexible when we had a flight delay and had to extend our booking for an extra 3 days; she made our vacation so much more peaceful and enjoyable knowing our pets were safe and taken care of. I would recommend Rachael's services to anyone, she is very friendly and communicative and took great care of my dog on multiple drop in visits. She took my dog on lengthy walks around the neighborhood and arrived at the times I specified. 5 star service with a smile!

Lorraine took such great care of my cat, Magnolia, during a recent long weekend away. I was a bit nervous because I am both new to the area and recently adopted Magnolia, and was hopeful to find a new go-to cat sitter in my new community. Lorraine exceeded my expectations! From the initial meet and greet to the high level of communication (including photos and videos) to going the extra mile to take good care of some unexpected flowers that were delivered during my time away, Lorraine was great. I’m excited to have her care for Magnolia the next time I am out of town.

Randi took such great care of my kitties while away. She sent detailed messages about them every day that made me smile. It was very comforting to know that they were being well-taken care of. She followed instructions perfectly, and everything was clean tidy when I returned. I will definitely be booking with Randi again.

Bianca came to the rescue for my brother’s dog when he had to be away a few days for medical reasons. She did drop in visits which not only consisted of feeding the dog, but she also had to administer insulin shots. She had no problem doing this and really gave good care to the dog. She was always available to contact and kept us informed with photos and details of each visit. She is caring, very reliable and personable. I almost feel as if I know her now! I will definitely use her again if needed.

Brighid was great! She dropped in to check on our cat and turtles 4 days while my family and I were out of town. She sent great updates, and was able to get my usually shy cat to play with her each visit. I felt like my pets were being well looked after so I could enjoy my family trip without worrying about the pets at home.
