Katy was great with Oliver, she kept me well informed throughout the weekend. Oliver seemed his normal self instead of a little skittish like his is when we’ve gone away previously.
This was our first time using this service and Mikayla was so great!! She left detailed reports and was kind and communicative. I highly recommend Mikayla and we will definitely use her again!

Kyla was great! We booked last minute and she had no problem following my written directions. We ended up extending our trip by a day and rebooked Kyla for the extra day too. She went above and beyond- brought our packages in and swept up before we came home. We really appreciate it! We will definitely try to book Kyla again for our future travels.
Magnolia was amazing! Felt so good to know that our kitties were in the best care while we were away. We are always so nervous about them getting outside (they are indoor only) and after the first check in while we were gone, we knew they were in great hands. Emily is the greatest! She is very attentive to our kitty’s needs and goes above and beyond to let us know how he is doing. She sends lots of pics and lets us know what he’s been up to.
