She responded promptly, was super flexible about key pickup/dropoff, and even checked in on Gimli an extra time for free because she felt that he was feeling really lonely. Becky was greater letting our two dogs out during our vacation. We spent two long days in GNP and she was able to let the dogs out for us twice a day and played with them and made sure they got water and food. If you live in the area or are visiting I highly recommend using Becky for your rover booking.
