Dog Boarding in Arden

Five stars all the way. We had to fly out of AVL for a few days and the parking there right now is challenging. We dropped our pup off, they drove us to the airport and when we returned we were picked up with our dog in the car. Aside from that experience, she had a blast and was a bit reluctant to leave her new human and canine friends. We will go to Ann & Jaren now every time we have to go away. Our dog loves all people and dogs so this was the perfect place for her. As they have 3 dogs of their own and often another Rover dog there it would be best to do a meet and greet the first time just to make sure they pups are all compatible. We did that and had no issues at all, only fun playmates.

KaLynnn took awesome care of my pups and was great with communication. It was clear she gave them lots of love, and multiple photos and updates daily were much appreciated! Would definitely recommend:)

Michelle and her family took excellent care of Mila. She sent photos and updates throughout the day and they even made homemade dog treats! We will definite booking with her again.

I was immediately comfortable with Kali for my elderly dog, and love her gentle manner with him. She fixed him a spot on the couch so he could look out the window, and gave me regular updates. I had a last-minute schedule change that she accommodated, too. We'll go back!

Katie is a wonderful pup caretaker and she kept me updated with multiple daily pictures and status updates. My dog was happy to be there and I was very relieved he was in her care while I was away. Would highly recommend!

Kharen did a great job with our pup! We had to go out of town unexpectedly, and she was available at a short notice, which was much appreciated. Kharen made sure Oliver was well cared for, sent lots of updates/pictures and made sure he was comfortable by learning his usual schedule. Highly recommend, and would book again!

Erin and her family were outstanding! They took great care of my cat and sent me updates throughout my trip. I would highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough kind words about the expert care Emma receives when she is with Lacie. She is a special needs Havanese and receives special attention and care. Thank you Lacie!!

My dog had a great time with Rick and his family. They even took him to the Biltmore for a day trip! Rick was very communicative the entire time and super flexible since I had to make some last minute changes to my booking.

Deborah was a lovely host. Watson was happy to see me, but seemed to adapt quickly to her environment ... other dog friends (1 large and one small) ... so he felt right at home. She was accomodating and caring. I would recommend her and use her hosting services again.

Jessica and John took wonderful care of Tucker and he loved snuggling with their two girls. They were extremely understanding and accomodating when our flight home was cancelled and kept Tucker an extra day (even had to go and get additional dog food.) They sent pictures daily and were very responsive. They went above and beyond!! Hope to have Tucker stay with them again. Highly recommend!

Vicky was a phenomenal dog sitter! Skip is very anxious and has separation anxiety, making it difficult for us to go out of town. Vicky was so kind and kept us posted about everything. She was so sweet to Skip and did everything she could to put us and our dog at ease. We would love to have her watch Skip again!

Laura was great with June who can have some separation anxiety. She communicated daily and sent pictures everyday which of course made me feel better since this was my first time working with Laura. Highly recommend!

Tabitha communicated well and in a very timely manner from the first inquiry through pick up at the end of the week. Due to her top notch reviews, we had confidence she would take excellent care of our cat. She proved us correct. Our kitty guy was happy while away, and reintegrated into our household seamlessly. We appreciated Tabitha’s help in caring for our pet while our floors were being refinished and would definitely book with her again.

Katie and Preston were amazing! They took fantastic care of Cappy - kept us frequently updated on him and sent some great pictures of he and Creature enjoying the fenced yard. We would recommend them to anyone! Very much appreciate them both!

Kristin was wonderful and sent updates to us throughout the boarding. Additionally, she took our booking a bit last minute and accommodated us needing to pick up late. We will absolutely board with Kristin again. ?

Terri provided great care for our dog. It was the first time we had left him with anyone and it was a good experience. He enjoyed playing with her dogs and we would definitely let him stay there again.

Megan and her family, including her two dogs, were amazing!! They were friendly, responsive, and most importantly, caring. They took wonderful care of Bo and sent me updates regularly. Their dogs are friendly and welcomed Bo in without hesitation. Bo seemed happy and comfortable and I hope he has a chance to spend some time with them again soon.
