Thank for taking care of our 2 kitties! We were overall very satisfied with the care they provided and would recommend them to others. It’s clear that they are patient, kind animal lovers. The photos and videos that they sent had me in tears most of the time. They always left detailed descriptions for each visit and spent extra time spoiling them. I look forward to using their services in the future.

Madison is amazing! This was the first time that I used Rover and Madison provided exceptional service! My husband and I left for a family trip and needed to leave our cat at home. We opted for drop-in service every day for a week. Madison provided us with multiple photos every day, she was swift to respond to our messages and gave us updates on our cat daily. We highly recommend using Madison, she put our minds at ease when it came to leaving our fur baby at home for the 1st time. We will definitely be rebooking with Madison in the future.

Kenzie is the best pet sitter! She takes excellent care of my furry family. She attends to their medical conditions and little messes, when needed. She is very responsive and great at dealing with unexpected problems!

Joa was great! Chill vibe, very attentive, sent pics and progress reports daily, and made went the extra mile to stay a little later when we wouldn't be back until later than planned.

Bradley did amazing!! All my critters were well cared for and everything in its place. She sent photos everyday and let us know how things were going. Hopefully Bradley will be available next time we head out of town :)
