Monica was absolutely amazing taking care of my 4 cats! From the moment we met her, it was clear she genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibility seriously. She kept me updated daily with photos and detailed notes about how each of my cats was doing, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. All my cats were happy, well-fed, and relaxed when I returned home, and even my shy one warmed up to her, which says a lot about her kind and patient nature. Monica went above and beyond to ensure they were not only cared for but also entertained and loved. I can’t recommend her enough! Taccara was really attentive to my kitty and was great at giving updates. I really appreciate her checking in on my Lola girl even though she hides from the sitters sometimes! She was happy and purring when I returned home.

Charlotte came in clutch when I booked a couple of days before my trip. She was friendly and trustworthy. I only have cats and they don’t need any care other than attention, since their food and litter are automatic. It’s possible that this led Charlotte to think I didn’t want updates about the cats. Day 1 of 2 I reached out to check in and I heard from Charlotte that Meatloaf did not respond well to her the first visit—hissed but did not become aggressive—but that he warmed up to her on visit 2. Definitely will set up introductory visits each time which I have learned will avoid this issue. Charlotte stopped responding after the first day, so I have no way of knowing how the second day of visits went. I was pretty worried about whether Meatloaf was mean to her or if the cats were being checked on. I’m not even sure if she saw my shy second cat at all—just any more communication would have been good. I don’t want to tank any ratings if my cats were a problem but I have no idea what happened.

We booked Jessica to look after our two cats for a long period (2 weeks) and she did an amazing job!! She went above and beyond to make sure that the cats were well-cared for, loved, and in a clean environment. She consistently sent updates and many great photos. She did a great job playing with them and keeping them entertained as well! I think our cats loved her company. Jessica is a very sweet and friendly person. Would book again!
