It was our first time having Buddy receive day/night care. He’s not quite 6 months old and definitely has lots of puppy energy; so, I was a bit nervous for the evening. Plus our outing was very last minute. As soon as I connected to Julie, I knew it was the right fit. She was prompt in communicating with me plus professional and pleasant. I was able to see her home to put my mind at ease when I dropped Buddy off, plus she sent me text messages and pictures of the evening. All of my nervousness completely melted away and I could enjoy our family evening out. The pick-up was smooth and seamless. I could tell Buddy thoroughly enjoyed himself. When I got home and unpacked his doggie bag, I found a beautiful note with 2 pictures of my Buddy. It was simply wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about Happy Hearts and Waggin Tails. We will definitely use Julie again!

KaLynn is a fantastic dog sitter. We’ve used her several times. Guinness can be a bit shy - but she just takes him from my arms and he’s happy as a clam. We don’t encounter many other dogs where we live & it took a while for G to get used to a strange home and other dogs needing attention. KaLynn managed to bring him out of his shell. I would highly recommend KaLynn!🦮👍

This was a first experience for my young puppies. The experience could not have gone better. Kharen was super welcoming and the pups were properly cared for while not being overwhelmed with the day. I cannot thank her enough. She provides an excellent place to stay which is warm, caring and very clean. I will definitely book again

My 15 year old dog loved spending time at Laura and Bill's house. She got to do her favorite activities : be in the backyard and lay in the sun, eat grass, look out the storm door window as cars go by. She is very comfortable and content at their house. She even ate without a problem (which is sometimes a problem for her). I'm so happy to have found Laura and Bill. My dog will be spending a week there soon.

Great care for our 2 dogs, they were very welcoming and our dogs had a great time with them and we will definitely use them again if needed.

Wonderful people! They took my pups on a walk and gave them plenty of play time. They kept me updated and sent plenty of photos. Would 100% bring my pups to them again!

Rebecca was fantastic. Rebecca and her family looked after Wilson at short notice and he had such a wonderful day. They sent photos of all of the fun he was having which put me at ease. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely re-book with Rebecca.

Autumn and Josh are both very sweet and communicative! They took great care of our pup and gave us updates throughout her stay with them. Will definitely be repeat clients when the need arises in the future !

Megan was extremely accommodating and kind. Fiona was happy and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Megan to care for your pets and look forward to her dog sitting another time.

I was on my way to visit family in TN and had to stop in Mills River NC for a job interview. Because I didnt want to go all the way home to Spartanburg SC just to take my dog with me, I contacted her the night before my trip and she agreed to watch my dog for the duration of my interview. I am so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge on dog behavior. She took the time to hear me out about my dog's quirks and peeves and that means a lot to me. She took really good care of him during his stay. I highly recommend her.

We love Lisa! More importantly, so did Masher. Could not have hoped for a better experience on a first meeting of humans and dogs. Loved the pic of Masher with her dogs on a sofa.
