First time using Rover and was a bit hesitant. After contacting 3 other sitters and not getting a response, at all, was definitely reluctant to keep trying. I tried one last time and Heather responded within seconds! She was extremely communicative throughout and always responsive. Followed all instructions to the letter and our babies absolutely loved her! We were amazed!! Best pet sitter ever!!

Chloe was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable about animals and I had no concerns about leaving my babies in her care. She is detailed oriented and sent me great pictures and notes letting me know how everyone was doing. Will definitely be using her for all of our trips away!

Jessica always provides top-notch service! She is always there to the rescue of my furry baby. She brushed his coat, took him out twice, and played chase (yes, he stole his pile of hair), all that in only one hour. She is simply the best! Highly recommended!!

We have used Natalie multiple times now. She has made our time away from our home and our son, Tobie so much easier. She consistently goes above and beyond and we are so grateful we found her. Tobie also loves her which is a huge plus!

Kristina was wonderful! She took good care of our critters even during a bad storm. One of our pups was spooked by the storm and she made sure she got them back into the house safely.
