Cat Sitting in Brickhaven

Chloe was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable about animals and I had no concerns about leaving my babies in her care. She is detailed oriented and sent me great pictures and notes letting me know how everyone was doing. Will definitely be using her for all of our trips away!

Did great and exactly what was asked

Lexi is a fantastic pet sitter. Our cat Tilly took to her instantly. We booked her to do several drop-ins over the course of a couple weeks, and when we returned, our cat looked happy and healthy, and our home remained nice and clean. Her communication was excellent, and Lexi remained gracious and accommodating when she encountered a hiccup with our door lock. She took lots of cute pictures of our cat during each visit, and we loved checking out the Rover Card after each sign-out. Lexi is reliable, thorough, efficient and trustworthy, and we’d love to become repeat clients of hers. Thank you, Lexi!

Stephen was fantastic. He came to my rescue for my cat as the other sitter I had was not working out and I was already overseas. He came and spent more time than request with Reno.

Hillary was amazing! My cat immediately snuggled up to her which is the greenest flag! Working with her was a pleasure & so I’ll definitely be booking with Hillary again!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! we loved working with erica! we will be using her for every pet sitting need. she went above and beyond for us this holiday and we are so grateful. she sent so many pictures daily of my babies and updated me on how they were doing. she gave great detail every check in on what they were doing and how they played etc. she truly loved on my babies and it made me feel so much better knowing they were getting all the loves while i was away from them!

Gigi was super responsive and able to accommodate to a short-notice request! The pictures and updates were appreciated and my cats seemed to warm up to her quickly.

Vanessa was fantastic in taking care of our kitty. She brought her own treats for the kitty and sent us lots of pictures. Will definitely request her again!

Alyse was wonderful with our two cats! Great communication, took wonderful care of our babies, and even got our antisocial kitty to warm up to her! We will definitely book with Alyse for our next trip! :)

Charlotte came in clutch when I booked a couple of days before my trip. She was friendly and trustworthy. I only have cats and they don’t need any care other than attention, since their food and litter are automatic. It’s possible that this led Charlotte to think I didn’t want updates about the cats. Day 1 of 2 I reached out to check in and I heard from Charlotte that Meatloaf did not respond well to her the first visit—hissed but did not become aggressive—but that he warmed up to her on visit 2. Definitely will set up introductory visits each time which I have learned will avoid this issue. Charlotte stopped responding after the first day, so I have no way of knowing how the second day of visits went. I was pretty worried about whether Meatloaf was mean to her or if the cats were being checked on. I’m not even sure if she saw my shy second cat at all—just any more communication would have been good. I don’t want to tank any ratings if my cats were a problem but I have no idea what happened.
