Tricia bonded with my cats in the first contact. She was open to me checking in and communicated as needed and well during my time away. The cats were calm and looked well cared for when I returned. The house was also in good shape. She even bought a scratch pad for me to give to the cats - which they love.

Perfect care and quick daily reporting on my illusive 3 cats. Mike was great and very quick to let me know what was going on. Would use him any time!

Our cats Trek and Flash seemed happy and healthy when we got home - what more could pet parents want. Alex played with them during each visit (evidenced by photos) which we appreciate so they were not bored, fed them, scooped litter, kept their water fountains full. She kept us well informed of her drop in visits and although our neurotic cats didn't come out while here, she provided photos showing cleaned out liyter box along with filled water and food dishes.
