House Sitting in Burgaw

Caroline did a great job house sitting for my Golden Retriever. My dog was temporarily unable to be boarded, and needed to stay at home while I traveled across the country for work. I hate having to leave my dog, but Caroline took great care of her. She provided a steady stream of updates and it made me happy to see my dog happy while I was gone.

First time using Rover and Kevin. All went very smooth. My dogs and cats were well cared for - all were calm when we got home. He communicated with me as well to let me know how they were doing Thank you Kevin.

Brittney was great! Arrived on time, sent pics of Larry and Oreo. Took great care of our home and our “children”. Highly recommend and willcontinue to schedule her for our future needs.

Angel watched our kitties for the 3rd time and as always, took great care of them! She also came on very short notice which was so appreciated!

We are so happy to have found Heather for our golden retriever Daisy! We will definitely hire her again for out of town trips. Heather stayed at our home with Daisy and took her for beach walks and trips to the dog park. She's a wonderful communicator and would text and send pics to let us know our girl was doing okay. She also cleaned up the house, worked with Daisy on some training, and even washed Daisy's blankets. I highly recommend Heather and will be using her again.

Millie took such good care of our dogs and cat while we were away. She kept us updated constantly and even tidied up before our return. All the pictures sue sent us were such a plus!

Savannah was very great. Very communicative for our fur baby while we were gone. She sent pics of Archie as well. He was happy to see us when we got back per usual and he seemed to have had a nice little staycation with Savannah! She stayed at our house and also did a good job keeping things tidy and locked up! We will definitely use her again when needed!!

Kylie took care of our two dogs for five days at our home. She came over a few weeks before to do a meet & greet… and as a bonus, we met her husband. Both dogs liked them right away. Kylie is knowledgeable about senior & special needs dogs. Tanner is a senior with congestive heart failure, on multiple medications and he’s half blind and deaf. She did great! She checked in daily and sent a few pics & videos. We appreciated/enjoyed that. She also took care of our home. We would book with her again and recommend her.

Deanna was an absolute gem taking care of my furry baby Sophie while I was away. She was great about a last minute meet and greet. My Sophie who is a 5 pound toy poodle is delicate (although a little fiesta) took to her right away and at one point Sophie didn’t want to leave Deanna when she dropped her off with my neighbor. I felt comfortable with her in my home as she too was very particular and cautious about Covid etc. which made me comfortable. I feel like she took care of my dog like she would her own pets. She’s very thorough with reporting and photos. Communication was superb and she kept me informed the entire time. She’s a loving caring human and is the one you want caring for your furry baby. The only feedback I have is for more so for Rover to fix the system when booking (1) meet and greet and (2) sitting service. I paid more for drop-in and house sitting for two days than I’ve paid for in home boarding for a week because of the separate costs. Additionally a meet and greet is like an interview and if I pay over $200 for sitting I should not have to pay for a meet and greet unless I don’t use the service provider. If I don’t use the provider who does a meet and greet I think they should be compensated for their time. Otherwise I’ve used this service for about 3-4 years now and it’s pretty decent. Thank you.
