House Sitting in Candler

I needed a dogsitter on short notice for my energetic, big lab puppy and noticed as I was scrolling through profiles that Sara had the most reviews I had ever seen on Rover! She agreed to watch Polly for the weekend on only 1 day notice and I now realize just why she had so many reviews! I cannot recommend Sara enough, from the moment she came over to meet Polly I knew she could handle her no problem. She is extremely kind, communicative, and took tremendous care of both Polly and my house while she stayed as a guest. Multiple walks, doing laundry for muddy dog towels before she left, tons of play time indoors on a rainy weekend, she truly did it all and I cannot wait to use her again. If you are in the Asheville area, do not hesitate to contact her, I can attest your animals will be extremely well cared for. Sara is a true gem, thank you so much!

Megan is wonderful. She was very communicative (key for us after a couple past underwhelming sitters), wasn't afraid to seek clarification, and was incredibly transparent with the flow of her days while watching our pets. She kept us up to date on behavior with lots of pictures and potty status and was very sweet and patient with our older dog, taking her on long walks with sits in the park and reading her stories. She was also very respectful of our home and left it very clean. We will absolutely ask her to watch our pets again.

Kate took great care of our dog, showering him with love and affection and taking him for hikes. It was our first time getting a dog sitter and we immediately felt comfortable leaving him in her care. Thank you Kate!

Melissa was amazing! She worked with us and her schedule to be able to stay with our girls. Melissa cared for our girls and made us feel comfortable from the first meet. She updated us with pictures and messages which kept us feeling confident the girls were in great hands! Thank you Melissa!!

Miles did a great job of house sitting and taking care of my doggies. I could tell they missed Miles when we came back. House looked great!! Definitely recommend.

Hayley did a wonderful job watching our two goofy dogs and spicy old cat. She was prompt, respectful of our space, and a great communicator. The daily updates eased our worried minds about our fur babies. We will definitely use her again!

I highly recommend Kristen to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. She took good care of our older dog and cat and our home while we were traveling. We received regular updates, including photos and messages, which gave me peace of mind knowing Finn and Freddie were happy and in good hands. Maddalena is a fantastic dog sitter! She stayed with my 2 dogs for the weekend and did a really great job. One of my dogs is a senior dog and the other is a really nervous dog who needs some special care when out for a walk. Maddalena was great with both of my dogs’ special needs! She was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely ask her to dog sit again in the future!

Allie communicated with me consistently and sent pictures the whole weekend. Tuck was very well cared for, and we would definitely book Allie again!

This was our first time using Rover and we could not ask for a better experience! Nora was amazing - she was very attentive to our pup, gave him ample opportunities to play with other friendly dogs, and made sure he got extra love while we were away. He was so happy and content when we got home, we will definitely have Nora take care of our boy again!

Isabel was great. She came by for a meet and greet before my trip. I received lots of pictures while I was gone. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Suzanne stayed with our two dogs for a week and took excellent care of them. We arrived home to happy dogs (and chickens) and a well kept house. Highly recommend!

Haley was so kind and professional. She’s an excellent communicator and took such great care of our dog and our home. We left our co-dependent dog knowing he’d be just as spoiled as he is when we’re home. We’re already booking her for our next few trips!
